Where is turn signal flasher on 99 Honda Odyssey?

The flasher for the 1999 Honda Odyssey is located in the fuse box under the dash on the driver's side. To access the fuse box, open the driver's side door and remove the cover panel on the left side of the dash. The flasher is a small black cylinder with a red or green cap. It is located in the center of the fuse box, just above the fuses for the turn signals and hazard lights. To remove the flasher, simply pull it out of its socket.
