A 2005 Chrysler Town & Country requires
50/50 mixture of coolant and distilled water. The type of coolant should be
HOAT (Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) antifreeze. This is often referred to as a "Dex-Cool" type coolant, though Dex-Cool is a specific brand name. Many brands offer HOAT antifreeze, so you don't necessarily need the Dex-Cool brand.
Always check your owner's manual for the manufacturer's specific recommendation.
Crucially, do not mix different types of antifreeze. Using the wrong type can cause serious damage to your engine. If you're unsure what type is currently in your vehicle, it's best to flush the system completely and start fresh with the recommended HOAT antifreeze.
