Kia Seltos India launch by end-August

Kia Motors has officially unveiled its mid-SUV Seltos in India. Seltos launch is expected by the end of August 2019 and the booking is likely to open in the second week of July 2019. Kia Seltos will offer a host of safety features, the UVO connect will have 37 features that include safety, navigation, remote control and more. There will be voice command and concierge service as well. Seltos gets BS6-compliant petrol and diesel engines, including a 1.4L, T-GDI turbo-petrol. The petrol & diesel engines will get a 6-spd manual. Automatic options include a CVT a 6-spd AT and 7-spd DCT. Set to shake up the Indian mid-size SUV market with a pricing of Rs 11 lakh to Rs 17 lakh.

 

Renault Triber MPV hits Indian market

Renault revealed its all-new global product, Renault Triber in India today. Renault Triber is the outcome of a joint project between Renault teams in India and France and is a world-first vehicle specifically designed for the Indian market. “India is a key market for Groupe Renault. We are still young to India, yet our ambitions are high in line with our “Drive the Future” strategic plan: we aim at doubling our sales by 2022. For that reason, we are bringing Renault Triber, another breakthrough concept, targeted for Indian’s core market. Renault Triber was conceived, developed and produced in India, for Indian customers first, before we take it to the world. It is a real game-changer,” said Thierry Bollore, CEO of Groupe Renault, at the unveiling of the Renault Triber.
