How about a BMW that costs less than new, has more warranty coverage than used, and delivers the same renowned driving experience as any of them? Here are five popular Certified Pre-Owned BMW sedans and SUVS to consider.

The BMW 3 Series isn’t just a sports sedan, it is the sports sedan. It competes with a wide range of small luxury sedans including the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Audi A4 and Lexus IS, none of which delivers the same driving feel or sense of connection you get when behind the wheel of a 3 Series.

3 Series Enhancements for 2019

The BMW 3 Series was completely redesigned for 2019, and is in many ways identical to the 2022 model. In addition to all-new exterior and interior styling, the 3 Series got roomier, more powerful and even more fun to drive in 2019.

2019 3 Series Sedan Lineup

The 2019 BMW 3 Series Sedan lineup consists of the 330i and 330i xDrive, the latter featuring all-wheel drive. The sportier and more powerful M340i models joined the lineup for the 2020 model year.

The expansive 5 Series family also includes the high-performance, V8-powered, 456-horsepower M550i xDrive and, at the other end of the consumption spectrum, the plug-in hybrid 530e. On a full charge the 530e is rated to go 16 miles on electricity alone, after which it behaves like a typical hybrid and is rated to return up to 29 mpg in city/highway combined fuel economy. Using the EPA’s calculations, the 530e can save $50 per month in gas compared to the conventionally powered 530i.
