1. Locate the two plastic knobs on the back of the headrest.
2. Turn the knobs counterclockwise until they stop.
3. Pull the headrest straight up to remove it from the seat.
To reinstall the headrest, simply insert the posts into the holes in the seat and push down until the knobs click into place.
