1. Locate the seat belt buckle. Press the release button on the buckle, then pull the seat belt out of the way.
2. Remove the four bolts that attach the seat to the floor. You will need a T40 Torx bit to remove these bolts.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors under the seat. These connectors are for the seat belt buckle, airbag sensor, and seat heater (if equipped).
4. Lift the seat up and out of the vehicle.
Be careful not to drop the seat when you are removing it. It is heavy and could cause injury if it falls on you.
Here are some additional tips for removing the passenger seat from a BMW 535i series:
* Make sure that the vehicle is in "park" and the parking brake is engaged before you start working.
* If you are unable to remove the bolts that attach the seat to the floor, you may need to use a penetrating oil to loosen the bolts.
* If you are disconnecting the electrical connectors under the seat, be careful not to damage the connectors or the wiring.
* If you are having difficulty removing the seat, you may need to consult a professional mechanic.
Once the passenger seat is removed, you can replace it with a new seat or perform any necessary repairs.
