Can the Bank repo your car after 4 years of payments?
The bank can repossess your car if you fail to make your monthly payments, regardless of how many payments you have made. If you fall behind on your payments, the bank will send you a notice of default. This notice will give you a certain amount of time to bring your payments up to date, usually 30 days. If you do not bring your payments up to date within the time period specified in the notice of default, the bank can repossess your car.
