Is there a grace period on purchasing new car in Tennessee?

In Tennessee there is a 3-day rescission period when buying a new car. The buyer can bring back the car and obtain a full refund within three business days of the sale (excluding Sundays and holidays) as long as the car has not been driven more than 250 miles.
