1. Open the air cleaner cover.
2. Locate the air filter.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Inspect the air filter and clean or replace it if necessary.
5. Reinstall the air filter.

1. Open the air cleaner cover by unscrewing the two wing nuts that hold it in place.
2. Locate the air filter. It’s a rectangular foam filter that’s located inside the air cleaner box.
3. Remove the air filter by simply lifting it out of the air cleaner box.
