When was the first electric powered car introduced?

The first electric car was invented in 1832 by Robert Anderson, a Scottish inventor. However, this early model was far from practical and more of a proof of concept.

It's important to note that the first commercially successful electric car is considered to be the Flocken Elektrowagen, produced in 1888 by Andreas Flocken in Germany.
