Where to locate the tcc on a Chevrolet Corsica?

The Chevrolet Corsica doesn't have a traditional Throttle Control Cable (TCC). Corsicas, depending on the year (they were produced from 1988-1990 and then again 1991-1996), used electronic throttle control. Therefore, there's no cable to locate. The throttle is controlled by a sensor and the engine control module (ECM).
