Where is the ignition module on a 95 Chevy Camaro z28?

The 95 Chevy Camaro Z28's ignition module isn't a separate, easily identifiable box like in some older cars. Instead, the ignition control module (ICM) is integrated into the distributor. Therefore, you'll find it inside the distributor cap, on the distributor itself, which is located on the top of the engine.
