Were is the cabin air filter on a 1999 Chevy Tracker and if so how do you change it?

The 1999 Chevy Tracker (Geo Tracker) does not have a cabin air filter. This was not a standard feature on vehicles of that era and model. Air is filtered only by the HVAC system's general filtration, which isn't easily replaceable like a dedicated cabin air filter.
