What do you mean by single wheel drive vehicle?

A single-wheel drive vehicle is a vehicle where only one wheel receives power from the engine and is responsible for propelling the vehicle forward (or backward). This is in contrast to more common configurations like two-wheel drive (2WD), four-wheel drive (4WD), or all-wheel drive (AWD).

While extremely rare in modern vehicles intended for road use, a single-wheel drive system *could* be theoretically implemented, perhaps for extremely specialized applications like a small robot or a very low-power mobility scooter. The significant limitations (stability, traction, and power) make it impractical for most uses.
