Where is the fuel filter in a 89 Camaro?

On a 1989 Camaro, the fuel filter is located in the fuel tank. It's not a replaceable cartridge like in many later vehicles; the entire fuel pump assembly, which includes the filter, must be removed and replaced as a unit.
