Where is the water pump on a 1999 Dodge 1500 pickup?

On a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500, the water pump is located on the front of the engine, driven by the serpentine belt. It's generally positioned low on the engine block, near the bottom of the timing cover. You'll need to look at the front of the engine, between the engine block and the radiator, to locate it precisely. Because it's driven by the serpentine belt, you'll likely see the belt running directly over a pulley on the water pump.
