There isn't a single, easily accessible "emergency fuel shut-off switch" like you might find on some older vehicles on a 1997 Pontiac Transport. Fuel delivery is controlled electronically, and an emergency shutoff would require disconnecting the fuel pump's electrical supply (usually a fuse or relay) or possibly disconnecting a fuel line.
Neither of these should be attempted without proper mechanical knowledge, as incorrectly doing so could be dangerous.
If you have a fuel leak or a fire, your priority should be to evacuate the vehicle and call emergency services immediately. Trying to find and disable the fuel system yourself while a fire is present is extremely risky.
