Where is the fuse box on a 1994 Lincoln town car?

The fuse box in a 1994 Lincoln Town Car is located under the hood, on the driver's side (left side). It's usually a fairly large black box. There's also a smaller fuse panel inside the car, typically located near the driver's side footwell, often under a panel. This smaller panel handles interior circuits.
