Running board lamps on 1999 ford expedition EB?

The 1999 Ford Expedition EB doesn't have running board lamps as standard equipment. Running boards themselves were an option, and while some aftermarket running boards *might* include integrated lights, the factory setup did not. If you see lights on what appears to be running boards on a 1999 Expedition, they've been added aftermarket.
