Where is the water pump located on a 1997 dodge neon?

On a 1997 Dodge Neon, the water pump is located on the front of the engine, at the bottom, driven by the timing belt. You'll need to look at the front of the engine block, near the timing belt cover. It's generally fairly low down and somewhat hidden.
