It's unlikely a direct swap without significant modifications. While both vehicles use a 302 engine, the 4x4 transfer case in the F-150 presents a major hurdle. The transmission output shaft and its connection to the transfer case are different between a 2WD van and a 4WD pickup. Even if the transmissions themselves are externally similar (which isn't guaranteed), the internal components may also differ, and the bellhousing bolt pattern may not be the same despite both using the 302.
You'd need to carefully compare the transmission part numbers from both vehicles to confirm compatibility. Even then, the differences in the drivetrain components likely mean you’d need custom driveshafts, potentially a new transfer case adapter, and possibly other modifications. It’s a much more complex project than a simple swap.
