Where is fuel pressure regulator on 2001 Dodge neon GE?

On a 2001 Dodge Neon with a 2.0L engine (the GE designation usually refers to the engine), the fuel pressure regulator is integrated into the fuel rail. You won't find a separate, standalone fuel pressure regulator. It's part of the assembly that sits on top of the fuel injectors.
