What grade of gas dodge charger rt takes?

The Dodge Charger RT's recommended fuel is 89 octane (regular unleaded). However, using a higher octane fuel (like 91 or 93) won't hurt the engine, but it won't provide any performance benefit unless the engine's computer is specifically programmed to take advantage of it (which is not typically the case with the standard RT).
