You'll need a
harmonic balancer puller to remove the harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley) from a 1993 Buick. There isn't a single tool to simply "put it back on," but rather you'll need the puller's counterpart: a
harmonic balancer installer (sometimes it's the same tool with a reversible function) or possibly just a sturdy
socket and torque wrench depending on the balancer's design and whether you have the correct installer.
The installer centers the balancer and helps press it onto the crankshaft, ensuring proper alignment. Without the correct installer you risk damaging the crankshaft, the balancer itself, and/or the timing components. A standard socket and torque wrench might suffice if the balancer is easily installed by hand and just needs final torque for secure fitment.
