No, Chevy small block headers will not fit a Pontiac engine. The engine blocks have completely different bolt patterns and head configurations. They're not even remotely compatible. You'll need headers specifically designed for a Pontiac small block (like a 301, 326, 350, 400, etc.) or a Pontiac V8 of other displacements.
