Where is the water pump located on a 2000 cadillac deville?

On a 2000 Cadillac DeVille, the water pump is located at the front of the engine, on the passenger side. It's driven by the serpentine belt. You'll likely need to access it from the front of the vehicle, possibly after removing some belts and/or accessories for better visibility.
