Does a stock 1977 dodge power wagon have all time four wheel drive or is it suppossed to hub locks on the wheels?

A stock 1977 Dodge Power Wagon did not have all-time four-wheel drive. It used manually locking hubs. You had to engage the hubs before you could engage the transfer case for four-wheel drive.
