You can't fit a full-size bed in a Chevrolet Tahoe without significant modifications, and even then it's highly unlikely to be practical or safe. The cargo area, even with the seats folded down, simply isn't large enough to accommodate a standard full-size mattress. You might be able to fit parts of it, but not the entire thing.
