Pulling the ABS fuse on a 1999 Chevy S10 2WD will disable the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). You will still be able to drive the vehicle, but
the ABS will not function. This means that during hard braking, the wheels may lock up, leading to a loss of steering control and increased stopping distance. It's significantly less safe.
While you can drive without the ABS, it's strongly recommended to have the ABS system checked and repaired as soon as possible. Driving without ABS significantly increases the risk of an accident.
