It's highly unlikely a 1997 Camaro steering wheel will fit a 1994 Camaro without modification. While they are both fourth-generation Camaros, there were subtle changes in the steering column and wheel design over those years. The splines (the grooves that connect the wheel to the column) are likely different. Even if the bolt pattern matched, the airbag system might not be compatible.
Attempting to force a fit could be dangerous and damage the steering column. It's best to stick with a steering wheel specifically designed for a 1994 Camaro.
