Does shelby American company produce cars which are non-colaborated?

Shelby American doesn't produce cars from scratch. They take existing Ford Mustangs (and in the past, other models) and modify them, adding performance enhancements and unique styling. Therefore, all their vehicles are collaborations, at a minimum with Ford. They don't produce any cars independently of a collaboration with another manufacturer.
