Where is the transmission dipstick located on a 1998 Honda Civic Ex?

The 1998 Honda Civic EX does not have a transmission dipstick. The vehicles transmission fluid level is checked by removing a small plug on the side of the transmission. The fluid level should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the dipstick.
