2. Remove the coolant overflow tank.
3. Remove the heater hoses from the heater core.
4. Remove the vacuum lines from the heater control valve.
5. Remove the four bolts that hold the heater core cover in place.
6. Remove the cover and the heater core gasket.
7. Lift out the heater core.
8. Clean the heater core cavity and the mating surfaces of the heater core cover and the firewall.
9. Install the new gasket on the heater core.
10. Install the heater core in the cavity.
11. Replace the cover and secure it with the four bolts.
12. Connect the heater hoses and the vacuum lines.
13. Fill the coolant overflow tank.
14. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
