1. Park the vehicle in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the battery. The battery is located in the trunk of the LS 430. To access the battery, you will need to open the trunk and remove the floor mat.
3. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Use a wrench to loosen the nut that secures the negative battery cable to the battery terminal. Be careful not to touch the positive battery terminal with the wrench, as this could cause a short circuit.
4. Disconnect the positive battery cable. Use a wrench to loosen the nut that secures the positive battery cable to the battery terminal.
5. Remove the old battery. Once the battery cables are disconnected, you can remove the old battery by lifting it out of the battery tray.
6. Install the new battery. Place the new battery into the battery tray and align the terminals with the battery cables.
7. Connect the positive battery cable. Use a wrench to tighten the nut that secures the positive battery cable to the battery terminal.
8. Connect the negative battery cable. Use a wrench to tighten the nut that secures the negative battery cable to the battery terminal.
9. Close the trunk. Replace the floor mat and close the trunk.
10. Start the vehicle. The vehicle should now start normally.
Note: If the vehicle does not start, you may need to reprogram the power windows. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Roll down all of the windows.
2. Turn off the engine and wait 30 seconds.
3. Turn on the engine and roll up the windows.
4. The power windows should now be reprogrammed.
