How do you change the right rear brake light on a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe?

To change the right rear brake light on a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe:

1. Park the Tahoe in a safe location and turn off the engine.

2. Open the rear tailgate of the Tahoe.

3. Locate the right rear brake light assembly. It is located in the rear taillight housing.

4. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the two screws that hold the brake light assembly in place.

5. Remove the brake light assembly from the taillight housing.

6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the brake light assembly.

7. Remove the old brake light bulb by turning it counterclockwise.

8. Insert a new brake light bulb by turning it clockwise.

9. Reconnect the electrical connector to the back of the brake light assembly.

10. Replace the brake light assembly in the taillight housing.

11. Tighten the two screws that hold the brake light assembly in place.

12. Close the rear tailgate of the Tahoe.

13. Test the new brake light to make sure it is working properly.
