Where do you add transmission fluid to a 1990 corolla with an automatic transmission?

1990 Toyota Corolla Automatic Transmission Fluid Refill

1. Locate the transmission fluid dipstick. It is usually located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the back of the engine. The dipstick will have a yellow or orange handle.

2. Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean. Reinsert the dipstick all the way into the transmission fluid tube.

3. Pull out the dipstick again and check the fluid level. The fluid level should be between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks on the dipstick.

4. If the fluid level is low, add transmission fluid. Use a funnel to add fluid slowly, checking the level often. Do not overfill the transmission.

5. Replace the dipstick.

NOTE: 1990 Toyota Corollas only take Toyota Genuine ATF Type T-IV Automatic Transmission Fluid. Please ensure you purchased T-IV when refilling transmission fluid.
