Where is the blower motor resistor located on a Dodge Dynasty?

The blower motor resistor is usually located in the HVAC plenum, attached to the air duct housing. Depending on the vehicle platform and year, it can be accessed from the passenger footwell or from under the engine hood and below the cowl.
