What is the mileage to change a drive belt on an Astra 2002?

According to the 2002 Astra owner's manual, the timing belt is the only drive belt that has a scheduled replacement interval. The timing belt is recommended for replacement at 100,000 miles, or 10 years, whichever comes first. All other drive belts are inspected, and replaced if necessary, at every 60,000 mile service interval.
