1. Remove the serpentine belt.
* Loosen the tensioner pulley and slip the belt off.
2. Disconnect the AC lines.
* Use a wrench to loosen the nuts on the AC lines and disconnect them.
3. Remove the old AC compressor.
* Use a wrench to loosen the bolts holding the compressor in place and remove it from the car.
4. Install the new AC compressor.
* Put the new compressor in place and tighten the bolts that hold it in place.
5. Reconnect the AC lines.
* Reconnect the AC lines to the compressor and tighten the nuts.
6. Replace the serpentine belt.
* Slip the serpentine belt back onto the pulleys and tighten the tensioner pulley.
7. Test the AC.
* Turn on the AC and check that it is blowing cold air.
