1. Park your Acadia on a level surface and allow the engine to cool down completely.
2. Open the hood of your Acadia.
3. Locate the radiator drain plug. It is usually located at the bottom of the radiator, on the driver's side. It is a small, plastic plug with a hexagonal head.
4. Place a drain pan under the radiator drain plug to catch the coolant that will drain out.
5. Use a wrench to loosen the radiator drain plug and allow the coolant to drain out.
6. Once the coolant has drained out, replace the radiator drain plug and tighten it securely.

- Make sure that the engine is cool to the touch before you begin.
