2. Locate the thermostat housing on the front of the engine block, just below the intake manifold. There is a pipe coming from the radiator to this housing.
3. Remove the two bolts that hold the thermostat housing in place.
4. Remove the thermostat from the housing. It is located in a gasket between the housing and the engine block.
5. Clean the thermostat housing and the gasket surface on the engine block.
6. Install a new thermostat in the housing using a new gasket.
7. Tighten the bolts that hold the thermostat housing in place.
8. Reinstall the air cleaner box.
