The DPFE (Differential Pressure Feedback EGR) valve is used in vehicles with an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system to control the amount of exhaust gas that is recirculated back into the engine. The DPFE valve is located in the vacuum line between the EGR valve and the intake manifold. The DPFE valve senses the difference in pressure between the intake manifold and the EGR valve and uses this information to control the EGR valve.
The 2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible does not have an EGR system, so it does not have a DPFE valve.
