1. Open the trunk.
2. Locate the plastic cover on the left side of the trunk. This cover is held in place by two screws.
3. Remove the screws and lift up the cover.
4. The battery is located underneath the cover.
For vehicles 2017-present:
1. Open the hood.
2. Locate the battery on the left side of the engine compartment.
3. The battery is held in place by a plastic cover.
4. Remove the plastic cover to access the battery.
