1. Open the hood of your car and locate the air filter housing.
2. Remove the air filter housing by unfastening the two clips on the backside of the housing.
3. Once the air filter housing is removed, you will see a black plastic box with some electrical connections on one side.
4. This box is the blower motor resistor.
5. To remove the blower motor resistor, simply unplug the electrical connections and unbolt the resistor from the housing.
