1. Turn off the car and its ignition.
2. Locate the CD slot on the stereo. It is usually found on the front panel.
3. Insert a paper clip or a similar thin, straight object into the small hole next to the CD slot. This is the emergency release button.
4. Press and hold the emergency release button while gently pulling the CD out of the slot. Be careful not to damage the CD or the stereo.
5. Once the CD is out, inspect it for any damage. If it is damaged, you may need to replace it.
6. Insert a new CD into the slot and make sure it is securely in place.
7. Turn on the car and its ignition and check if the CD is playing properly.
