Step 1: Locate the airbag fuse box. In the Honda CR-V, the airbag fuse box is located under the dashboard, on the driver's side.
Step 2: Remove the airbag fuse. The airbag fuse is a 10-amp fuse, and it is usually located in the far right position of the fuse box.
Step 3: Wait 10 seconds. This will allow the airbag system to discharge any residual power.
Step 4: Replace the airbag fuse. Put a new 10-amp fuse in the same location where you removed the old fuse.
Step 5: Start the engine. The airbag light should now be turned off.
If the airbag light does not turn off, or if it comes back on after a while, you may need to have the airbag system diagnosed by a qualified mechanic.
Note: Disabling the airbag system can be dangerous, and it is not recommended unless you are absolutely sure that the airbag system is malfunctioning.
