1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the oil filter. The oil filter is located on the passenger side of the engine, just above the oil pan.
3. Prepare a drain pan and place it underneath the oil filter.
4. Use a wrench to loosen the oil filter. Be careful not to spill any oil.
5. Remove the oil filter and discard it.
6. Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.
7. Screw the new oil filter into place until it is snug.
8. Lower the vehicle off of the ramps.
9. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil.
10. Check the oil level and add more oil if necessary.
