Where to put freon in a 92 Honda Civic?

The 1992 Honda Civic does not use freon, which was phased out as an automotive refrigerant many years ago. If the air conditioning condenser and related components remain original in the model in discussion, it will operate with R-134a refrigerant.

To locate its proper refrigerant charging port for servicing purposes: open the hood, and, standing in front of the vehicle, it will be on the left (driver's) side in a black valve housing with a larger "cap" than many vehicles, which accepts the quick-connect fitting from a typical service machine hose end.
