Phillips head screwdriver
Replacement brake light bulb (check owner's manual for correct bulb type)
1. Park the vehicle in a safe location and apply the parking brake.
2. Open the trunk of the vehicle and locate the brake light assembly. There are two brake light assemblies, one on each side.
3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the brake light assembly in place.
4. Once the screws are removed, pull the brake light assembly straight out to remove it from the vehicle.
5. Remove the old brake light bulb by turning it counterclockwise until it comes out of the socket.
6. Insert the new brake light bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise until it is secure.
7. Reinstall the brake light assembly by inserting it into the vehicle and securing it with the two screws.
8. Test the brake lights to ensure that they are working properly.
