The horn on a 2001 Chevy Tracker is located in the front grille, on the driver's side. It is mounted near the top of the grille, behind a plastic panel. To access the horn, you will need to remove the plastic panel by prying it off with a flat-head screwdriver. Once the panel is removed, you will see the horn mounted to the radiator support bracket.
